Hi, I’m Jaz — the coach behind Perform by Jaz.

I’m a Sports Nutrition Coach specialising in Performance Nutrition and Fat Loss, helping active women fuel their bodies with confidence — without restriction, confusion, or burnout.

I created Perform by Jaz because I saw too many people stuck in the cycle of under-fueling, overtraining, and feeling frustrated when their bodies weren’t responding the way they hoped. My approach is different. I believe nutrition should support your training, your lifestyle, and your long-term health, not control it.

I work with clients who want to:
